Birmingham take a bow

Birmingham has emerged as one of Europe’s most popular investment hotspots and is recognised as the UK’s “Second City” due to its rising population and £24.8 Billion economy.

Birmingham is undergoing a world class transformation underpinned by “The Big City Plan” which will see the size of the city centre increase by 25%, creating 50,000 new jobs, 5,000 new homes and will contribute £2.1 billion to the economy each year.

The anticipated arrival of HS2 will connect Birmingham to London in less than 60 minutes, offering an attractive proposition for commuters and is already seen some of the UK’s top employers relocate their head offices to the city.

With demand for premium residential and commercial developments outstripping the supply, investors worldwide should take notice and consider Birmingham as a serious contender for the next buy to let investment.
