Umm Suqeim Background

It's clear that the place where the residential area is located is only good for business. The best customs and the bravest new ideas come together in Umm Sukeim, and it only takes a few minutes to get to well-known tourist spots. The beautiful Persian Gulf is right next to Umm Sukeim, and the Al-Manara market and the Al-Safa area are on its eastern border. The famous Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Highway runs through these two important parts of Dubai.

Additionally, the quarter is conveniently situated only a 15-minute drive from both the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall. It is also only 10 minutes from the Internet City area and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

There are five villages in the residential area. They are Umm Sukeim 1, 2, and 3, Umm Sukeim Road, and Madinat Jumeirah Living.

There are a few high-end homes in the Umm Sukeim 1st quarter, but most of the houses here are small and don't have gardens or pools. In Umm Suqeim 2, on the other hand, most of the wealthy homes in Umm Suqeim are grouped together. The last few blocks are also villages with high-end homes and townhouses.

The Umm Sukeim Villas are known for their large, luxurious sizes. There are three to eight big rooms in each house, enough for a large family. It's also interesting how well the different styles work together, even though there are traditional Arabic patterns, fancy castle exteriors, and simple modern designs all in this area. Some houses really do look like castles, both outside and inside. There are lots of bathrooms, a big hall, and a room for the maids inside. There are houses that come with private pools and parking in the basement.
